Offensive Skill Players I’d like to see Notre Dame Sign in 2021

The following is a list of Offensive Skill players that I would love to see Notre Dame sign in 2021. I am also going to be realistic and only use prospects that I believe Notre Dame has a chance at getting a commitment from on signing day. Notre Dame already has signed Elite Prospects at many of the offensive positions, including Tyler Buchner at Quarterback, Deion Colzie, and Lorenzo Styles at Receiver, Cane Berrong at Tight End, and Blake Fisher at Offensive Tackle.

Will Shipley:

The 5’11 200lb back from North Carolina seems to be Notre Dame’s number 1 priority on the offensive side of the ball. Shipley is Lance Taylor’s favorite back on the board, knowing Taylor visits Weddington High School to see Shipley any chance he gets. I think Notre Dame is going to end up with Shipley in its 2021 class with the work that Taylor is putting into this recruitment.

Troy Stellato:

The 6′ 175lb Receiver out of Fort Lauderdale is one of my favorite fits for Receivers for Notre Dame in the 2021 class. Stellato projects to be a slot Receiver and has blazing speed with his 4.42 40 that he showed at The Opening. Notre Dame needs to get Stellato on campus to have a shot at getting a commitment. Stellato admitted to Irish Sports Daily that he grew up a Notre Dame fan. Stellato has also allegedly said that Notre Dame is already in his top 3 schools. If Notre Dame can get him on campus sooner rather than later, then the Irish have a shot with Stellato.

Thomas Fidone:

The 6’4 218lb Tight end out of Iowa would be Notre Dame’s 2nd Tight End in the class of 2021. Fidone shows a lot of versatility for a Tight End for his high school team; he lines up all over the field. Fidone and Berrong would together be an excellent Tight End class for the Irish. Notre Dame is behind on Fidone in his recruitment, but it’s Notre Dame recruiting an elite Tight End prospect; they have a shot.

Jayden Thomas:

The 6’1 198lb Receiver out of Pace Academy(home of Mick Assaf) in Atlanta, Georgia, has the potential to be a game-changer at the next level. I’m not positive how many Receivers Notre Dame plans to take, but with Lorenzo Styles having the potential to play DB, I think the Irish coaching staff would take Thomas and Stellato in this class with Colzie and Styles. I don’t know where Notre Dame stands with Thomas, but his recruitment seems wide open.

Donovan Edwards:

The 5’11 190lb Back out of Michigan will be a tough pull for Notre Dame, but I think they have a chance. Will Shipley is Notre Dame’s number option at Running Back, but I believe the Irish will take two backs this cycle. Landing Edwards and Shipley in the same class is a low probability, but it’s not out of the question. If Notre Dame landed two top 50 Running Backs in the same cycle, that would be a fantastic haul for the Irish. Notre Dame is trailing in Edwards recruitment, so this is more of a pipe dream.
