Each year, the Super Bowl poses as one of the most intriguing games for sports bettors world wide. Not just because it is the biggest sporting event of the year, but because it also offers a wide array of different bets that aren’t typically available during your average Sunday football game. Whether it be the National Anthem length, coin toss, or commercials. There are several ways for viewers to win some spare change during the Super Bowl.
Below we have featured the FTS Founders favorite picks for the game. Feel free to play along with us!

Super Bowl Prop Bets
FTS Catfish : National Anthem Length Over 2 Minutes -200
Over/Under 2 minutes for the national currently sits at -200 over and +150 with the under. Demi Lovato has only only sang for one major national event. Just recently, Demi performed before UFC 246 main event, which hit the over.
With pyrotechnics and flyover, I cant see this going under. I am going with 2:04 as the official time.
For a bet you can make money off, look into the color of Demi’s Microphone. Black -150, Silver/Grey +150, any other +300. I am going with any other color for +300 and expecting a red color to be exact.
FTS Lacy: Coin Flip Result = Tails -103
There is nothing more electric than starting with a coin toss bet in the Super Bowl. Quite literally, this pick is a coin flip and one of my favorite bets every year. What’s the reasoning for choosing tails? Well, I have no history, statistics, or trends to validate this pick, but my reasoning is rather simple: Tails never fails. Bet tails straight up, or concoct yourself a little Uncut Gems parlay and make it the first leg, and you’ll put yourself in prime position to profit.
FTS Derrik : 1st Quarter VS 2nd Quarter – Most Points Scored +240
Both of these teams will come out ready to open this game up early. Chiefs have had slow starts in the playoffs, but I don’t think that happens against the 49ers. I also don’t believe the Chiefs can stop the 49ers offense either. After the 1st Quarter the 49ers will try to slow the game down. That’s why I’m taking 1st Quarter +240.
FTS Schlatter : Kelce to score first – Kelce/Williams both to score
Travis Kelce needs to be the focal point of this KC offense against the 49ers. I believe he has the consistency and reliability that Mahomes will need to get settled in early. Kelce is +700 for scoring the first TD of the game, which to me, seems like a fair bet to throw a few bucks on.
To follow this bet, I also like the “both players to score” bet for Damien Williams and Travis Kelce. Both need to score for +315.
FST Owen: Gatorade Color – Clear +900
Since 2001, the Gatorade color has only matched the team’s color scheme twice. Therefore, that eliminates red at +135. We haven’t seen clear since Super Bowl 42 when the Giants won, but this feels like a clear bath for Reid or Shanahan. Just a gut feeling. I’m rolling with Clear +900.
I also like the over of 92.5 for commercials on the night.
FTS Werner: Super Bowl MVP Nick Bosa +2000
Winning Super Bowl MVP as a defensive player is incredibly difficult. It has only been accomplished two times in the last 10 years (Seahawks LB Malcom Smith in 2014 and Broncos LB Von Miller in 2016). However, if the 49ers are to win the Super Bowl, it will likely be on the backs of a great defensive effort and brutal ground and pound on the offensive end.
Bosa has been an absolute force this year and has proven to be one of the best in the business at disrupting the quarterback. If he is able to get in the backfield and pressure Mahomes consistently, picking up a few sacks and potentially cause a big turnover, he could very well find himself in the MVP discussion. I like the odds at +2000 and obviously have a partial bias to the former Buckeye.
